New York More is an educational lifestyle residence. A number of us live in a large house in Yonkers, NY, where we practice a concept called "responsible hedonism," which is predicated on the viewpoint that everyone is perfect. We support each other's individual goals, as well as the goals of the group. Our programs are inspired by the More philosophy formulated by Dr. Victor Baranco, and the research done by Dr. Cindy Baranco and the group at Lafayette Morehouse in Lafayette, CA. Structured social events called Mark Groups are held throughout the metropolitan area, the purpose of which is to have fun and get to know people. We also bring in teachers from Lafayette Morehouse so students can take weekend courses such as Communication, Basic Sensuality, Advanced Sensuality Lab, and Man/Woman.

A Mark Group offers a fun way to meet new people and get closer to people you already know. You can be the center of attention, hang back, or do anything in-between. Playing the three structured games often affords an experience of surprising intimacy, insight, and laughter. The price for the group is $10 or whatever. Please remember that our policy is to close the doors 15 minutes past the starting time. If you are going to be late, you must call by the starting time to let us know in order for us to let you in. UPCOMING COURSES Private Hours with Hawaii and Lafayette Morehouse Teachers $200 per person Appointments can be made with the teachers when they are in town during course weeks. At all other times, they are available via videoconference for an additional fee of $50. Yonkers Evaluacy Individually Scheduled $850 The Yonkers Evaluacy is a 12-day intensive in which the student resides in a one-no-vote communal environment and gets to experience the ins and outs of communal living. The course is designed to give the student the opportunity to participate in and evaluate life in a community, while simultaneously being evaluated by the community. The student will confront socially conditioned limitations in areas of time, sex, money, resistance, and emotional victimization, as well as the joy of creativity, success and fun. Guides will be assigned to advise and direct the Evaluate through a wide variety of activities. The student will be expected to complete a project related to the goals of the community. This course is a prerequisite for living in the Yonkers Morehouse.
